Important announcement: After a decade of capturing thousands of memories for hundreds of brides, we've decided that 2010 will be our last year photographing weddings. We will continue to take wedding album orders through June 1st, 2011. We sincerely thank you for allowing us to be such an important part of so many wedding days. Good luck to all of you. Keep making memories. Frequently asked questionsWhat happened to your packages?
As our bookbinder began providing us with more album choices it became impossible to offer packages that would include all of the different combinations of photography and albums available. As such we decided to move to an all a-la-carte system so we may continue to provide a variety of exciting options to our clients. Anyone who booked a package with us will still get the items in their package, which were 11x14 flush-mount wedding albums and 8x8 flush-mount parent albums.
What cameras do you use?
We use Nikon's top-of-the-line professional cameras - currently the D3.
What do you wear to weddings?
We wear dark (gray or black) suits.
What do we put down for a deposit?
You put down a quarter of your package. A second quarter is due six months before the wedding. The third quarter is due the three months before the wedding. The quarter payment is due two weeks before the wedding.
Do you shoot commitment ceremonies and same-sex weddings?
We are more than happy to shoot commitment ceremonies and same-sex weddings. If you are a same-sex couple, let us know and we can change your account so it reads "groom/groom" or "bride/bride" rather than "bride/groom."
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept checks or money orders made out to Hull Grenier Studios or credit cards (currently through PayPal, but we're working on regular credit card transactions). We prefer not to handle cash because there's no paper trail and no way to rectify loss, theft, or accounting errors.
Do you hold dates? Do you offer engagement sittings? What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits paid are non-refundable.
